Payment Options:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. We do not ship C.O.D.
We also accept orders prepaid by check, money order or wire transfer.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is collected for all orders shipped to the State of Florida in accordance with Florida state law.
Florida Exemption Certificates for tax-exempt purchases must be provided prior to order completion.

Minimum Orders:
We offer DISCOUNT pricing to our customers via the Internet and strive to maintain the absolute LOWEST PRICES at all times. Pricing for our store fixtures and displays is based on full box quantities.
Due to our wholesale pricing and the costs affiliated with packaging and processing orders, we require a minimum $50 order total (before shipping charges).
Most display accessories may be purchased in less than full case quantities for a $4.00 repackaging charge.

Shipping:
Our goal is to ship all orders for in stock merchandise, received before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time, the same day.
Prices do not include applicable shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipment or delivery dates for any orders.
Please provide a deliverable shipping address for your order. We deliver to the Continental U.S. 48 States only.
Carriers cannot provide delivery
to P O Boxes or addresses that are unoccupied, as most shipments require a signature
for delivery.

Most small orders are shipped by UPS Ground from our closest warehouse location
to your destination.
Slatwall Panels, oversized Gridwall Panels, and larger store fixtures are shipped via common carrier truck.
These items may be delivered to a commerically zoned / business address only.
This is a curbside delivery service and requires someone to unload and receive all merchandise.
A $39 crating charge per each 30 Slatwall Panels applies to all Slatwall orders.
We are here to assist our customers in any way needed.

Order Cancellations:
A 10% processing fee will be charged to all orders cancelled after payment has been processed.
All requests for order cancellation must be made in writing via fax.
To request an order cancellation, please complete our order cancellation form.
We will make every effort to cancel your order, however most orders are processed and ship immediately.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the returns section for information concerning merchandise returns.

Damaged Merchandise:
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives without damage. Please inspect all merchandise
for damage, prior to acceptance. If boxes appear to be damaged, or you suspect that merchandise
is damaged, please open all boxes and conduct a complete inspection of merchandise contents
upon delivery.
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ANY DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
SHORTAGE AND DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY DATE.
If merchandise is damaged, simply note the delivery receipt, refuse the damaged portion of your
order, and complete our
online damage form to request a replacement.

Returns:
Slatwall Panels are made per order and are not returnable.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of merchandise receipt with an approved returned merchandise authorization number. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, with all packaging, and will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
All shipping and freight charges to return merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and freight fees for returned merchandise will not be refunded.
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THESE TERMS FOR AUTHORIZATION, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Used Store Fixtures:
All of our retail display fixtures are brand new and direct from our factory.
We do not offer refurbished or used store fixtures, nor do we rent them.
The purchase of used store fixtures requires pickup, repair and delivery costs,
that bring the price nearly in line with our brand new displays.
We also do not purchase, repair, or liquidate any used store fixtures.

Low Price Guarantee:
We will match any competitor's retail quoted or advertised price, for identical new, in-stock merchandise only.
Guarantee does not apply to: wholesale, clearance, liquidations, close-outs, damaged/reduced, outlet, or imported merchandise. Price match guarantee is not valid with any other promotion or discount.
A competitor's price quote is required, prior to your purchase, for all low price guarantee matches.
All requests for price matching must be made before order placement.
Price matching policy will not be applied to completed orders.
