Missing / Incorrect Shipments

open and inspect all delivered packages, as multiple items are
frequently packaged together
to reduce your delivery cost.

Payment Options
All orders are pre-paid as we do not issue credit terms. We do not ship C.O.D.
As payment for orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card credit cards.
Accurate credit card billing address, cardholder signature and CVV2 security code
must be provided to process credit card payments, as required by merchant regulations.
Orders may also be pre-paid by check, money order or bank wire transfer.
In some instances, orders paid for by check may be delayed until processing occurs.

Order Cancellations
A 10% processing fee is charged to all orders cancelled after payment has been processed.
All requests for order cancellation must be submitted using our
order cancellation request form.
We will make every effort to cancel an order after receiving a request form,
however most orders are processed and shipped almost immediately.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Please refer to the returns section for information concerning return
authorizations.

Damaged Shipments
All shipments are carefully packaged to protect against shipping damage.
Please carefully inspect your entire shipment by opening all boxes before issuing
delivery acceptance signature.
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ANY DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
SHORTAGE AND DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY DATE.
If your shipment arrives damaged, note the carriers delivery receipt with the
exact nature of the damage, refuse the damaged portion of your order,
and complete and submit our
damage notification form to request a replacement.

Returns
Slatwall Panels are manufactured at your request and are not returnable.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of merchandise receipt with an approved
return authorization number issued by our customer service department.
All returned merchandise must be in original unused and unassembled condition, with all
original packaging.
Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
All shipping and freight charges are paid by the customer
and are non-refundable.
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THESE TERMS FOR AUTHORIZATION, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
