Payment Options
All orders are pre-paid as we do not issue credit terms. We do not ship C.O.D.
As payment for orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card credit cards.
Accurate credit card billing address, cardholder signature and CVV2 security code
must be provided to process credit card payments, as required by merchant regulations.
Orders may also be pre-paid by check, money order or bank wire transfer.
In some instances, orders paid for by check may be delayed until processing occurs.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected for all orders shipped to the State of Florida in accordance
with Florida state law.
Florida State sales tax exemption certificates are required for tax-exempt purchases
and must be provided prior to order completion and payment processing.
Purchaser is responsible for paying all state sales and use tax on items shipped to states other than the state of Florida for use or
consumption.
We may be required to report your purchases to the taxing authority in the state your order is delivered to, as required by that state's law.

Small Orders
We offer discount pricing to our customers via our website which allows us
to maintain the absolute lowest prices at all times.
To continue to offer the lowest prices and control our costs associated
with the packaging and processing of smaller orders, we require a
$100 minimum order (before delivery charges).
Published pricing for our store fixtures and retail displays is based
on full box quantities. However, most display accessories can be
purchased in less than full case quantity for an additional
$6.99 repackaging charge.

Shipping and Delivery
Most orders received and processed before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time,
are shipped the same day..
Published pricing does not include applicable delivery charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipment or delivery dates for any orders.
Please provide a deliverable, occupied shipping address for your order.
We deliver to the Continental U.S. 48 States only. Parcel and freight carriers
cannot provide delivery to P.O. boxes or addresses that are unoccupied, as most
shipments require signature and inspection at the time of delivery.
Most small orders are shipped to you by UPS Ground from our closest
distribution center to your destination.
Slatwall Panels, most Gridwall Panels, Sales Counter, Showcases,
oversized store fixtres, and most parcel shipments weighing more than
100 lbs are shipped via common carrier truck.
These shipments may be delivered to a commercially zoned business address only.
This is a curbside delivery service, which requires that someone
be available to unload, inspect and receive the shipment.
4ft x 8ft Laminate Slatwall orders are assessed a crating charge of $119 per 30 slatwall panels.
2ft x 8ft Textured Slatwall orders are assessed a crating charge of $99 per 30 textured slatwall panels.
Freestanding Slatwall Pipe Fixture orders are assessed a crating charge of $99.
This charge represents the cost for the materials and labor to package, crate, steel
band and
prepare each slatwall order for shipment to a U.S. destination.
Crating is non-refundable and may not be sufficient for overseas transport
or export beyond a U.S. destination.
International freight forwarders may collect additional packaging fees, from you, for
overseas export.
Please contact
our sales staff to request delivery quotes or for additional information about freight
shipments.

Order Cancellations
A 10% processing fee is charged to all orders cancelled after payment has been processed.
All requests for order cancellation must be submitted using our
order cancellation request form.
We will make every effort to cancel an order after receiving a request form,
however most orders are processed and shipped almost immediately.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Please refer to the returns section for information concerning return
authorizations.

Damaged Shipments
All shipments are carefully packaged to protect against shipping damage.
Please carefully inspect your entire shipment by opening all boxes before issuing
delivery acceptance signature.
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ANY DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
SHORTAGE AND DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Photograph the damaged items
- Note the delivery receipt with the exact nature of the damage, using the word "damage"
- Do not sign the delivery receipt without noting the damaged items
- Refuse the damaged portion of your order
- Complete and submit our
online damage notification form within 24 hours of the delivery to request a replacement

Returns
Slatwall Panels are manufactured at your request and are not returnable.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of merchandise receipt with an approved
return authorization number issued by our customer service department.
All returned merchandise must be in original unused and unassembled condition, with all
original packaging.
Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
All shipping and freight charges are paid by the customer
and are non-refundable.
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THESE TERMS FOR AUTHORIZATION, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Used Store Fixtures
All of our retail display fixtures are brand new and direct from our factory.
We do not offer refurbished or used store fixtures, nor do we rent them.
The purchase of used store fixtures requires pickup, repair and delivery costs,
that bring the price nearly in line with our brand new displays.
Additionally, we do not purchase or administrate the liquidation of any store fixtures.
